Dr. Pierre Maranger
Dr. Pierre Maranger was born and raised in Northern Ontario.
He is the fourth child from a family of six children. He received his elementary school education in French, and he graduated high school from St-Charles College in Sudbury Ontario as an Ontario Scholar.
Following high school, he attended the U.W.O where he graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacology. He then attended the prestigious McGill University where he received his D.D.S degree in 1986. Dr. Maranger is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association and the International Association for Orthodontics and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologist, affiliate member of the A.D.A.
Over the past 25 years, he has attended numerous courses and seminars in dental continuing education.
His areas of special interest in dentistry include orthodontics, cosmetic, complex restorative, Cerec and implant dentistry.
Like most parents, he spends most of his free time involved in family activities. He also has a passion for activities involving wood and water, both frozen and unfrozen.
His hobbies include antique furniture restoration, log home construction and sports such as hockey, alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snow boarding, white water canoeing, fishing, waterskiing, scuba diving and wakeboarding.
