TECHNOLOGY IN EVERYDAY CARE
Digital tools are used throughout your visits. CEREC allows certain crowns to be prepared in a single day. iTero scanning provides 3D images for records and treatment planning. Intraoral cameras give a clear view of specific areas, and dental lasers may be used for soft tissue treatment.
EMERGENCY DENTISTRY
If you’re experiencing pain, swelling, or a broken tooth, call us. We reserve time in the schedule for urgent needs. For severe swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or suspected fractures, go to the nearest emergency department.
FORMS & INSURANCE
New patients can complete forms ahead of time to make the first visit easier. Our office submits claims electronically, but most insurers reimburse patients directly. Payment is required at the time of service. We accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and can explain how it applies to your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel, please give at least two business days’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.
STERILIZATION & SAFETY
All treatment rooms and instruments follow strict infection-control protocols. Disposable barriers, sterilized tools, and regular testing of equipment are part of routine care.
ACCESS & LANGUAGE
The office is fully wheelchair accessible and offers on-site parking. Care is available in English and French.
